Story Jenks
Story founded Perennial to offer small business owners a different kind of investment partner focused on long-term stewardship rather than quick exits. Over a 15-year career in private equity and investment management, including at Graham Partners and Nantahala Capital, Story partnered with more than 50 businesses across a wide range of industries. He created Perennial with a simple, focused mission: to acquire a few exceptional companies and build them indefinitely.
Story received his A.B. in Economics from Brown University and M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Originally from Shoreham, Vermont, Story lives in San Francisco with his wife, three kids, and an overactive Vizsla. Outside of Perennial, Story enjoys hiking, skiing, cycling, general aviation, and spending too much time on DIY projects best left for professionals.
